White Sail Energy’s members have been responsible for putting together teams of landmen who have been successful in acquiring Oil and Gas Leases covering tens of thousands of acres for their clients, with an emphasis in the SCOOP, Arkoma Basin, and the Anadarko Basin. Some of our more recent efforts have been concentrated in extremely competitive areas in Central Oklahoma. By maintaining close ties with the individuals with whom we work with, these personal relationships allow us to communicate efficiently and effectively with a large network of individuals, families, and businesses across this region of Oklahoma as well as Kansas and Texas. Because of our comprehensive understanding of the oil and gas industry as a premier oil and gas company, we are also able to provide unique services.

White Sail Energy is an Edmond, Oklahoma based oil and gas company providing oil and gas brokerage services to the energy industry throughout the Mid-Continent region.
We are a responsible, knowledgeable, and accessible work force with the ability to provide not only traditional land services such as title examination, lease acquisition and preparation of regularity documents, but also offer our clients an extensive list of in-house land work. We have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the oil and gas industry coupled with a practical and educated approach to managing prospects for our clients.

ACQUISITION
Assist in the acquisition of leasehold,
working interest, ORRI, royalty interest and surface rights.
CURATIVE
Extensive curative work on Drilling and Division Order Title Opinions.
DUE DILIGENCE
Assist our clients with large acquisitions by performing due diligence.
INSPECTIONS
Conduct surface inspections.
REPRESENTATION
Testify at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.
PROPOSALS
Prepare and manage well proposals.
POOLING
Prepare pooling and spacing lists. Collect and distribute pooling bonuses.
